Update your Student Information, Sign parent handbook forms & Complete the LCFF survey

     
 

 

 

 

Welcome back GUSD families!

Student information update includes:
  • Parent/guardian contact information
  • Emergency contacts
  • Electronically sign parent/student handbook forms
  • LCFF survey
Instructions to Complete Student Information Update:
  • Visit the ParentConnection portal at parent.gusd.net
  • Log in using your email address or PIN and password
  • Click “Annual Student Information Update” in red at the top of the page
  • Update your student and parent/guardian information for each section (note: each parent/guardian will need to update their own contact information using their individual login

What if I don't know my ParentConnection PIN/password?
  • If your email address is already on file: Visit parent.gusd.net and click “Need Your Login Information?” An email with your personal PIN and TEMPORARY PASSWORD will be sent to the email address we have on file.
  • If we do not have your email address: Visit your school office or the Glendale Unified district office during regular business hours to register your email address and receive your personal PIN and TEMPORARY PASSWORD. For security purposes, you must verify your identity in person before registering your email address.
What is the LCFF Survey?
The LCFF Survey helps determine how much state funding schools receive. It replaces the old "meal form" with a much simpler survey. In addition to benefiting your school, your family may also qualify for: 
  • Free or reduced GUSD childcare
  • CalKIDS college savings accounts for first-grade students
  • Summer EBT
  • Discounts for:
    • College application and test fees (AP, SAT, ACT)
    • Clark Magnet bus fees
    • Internet and utilities
Don't forget to subscribe to "Email Notifications" in your account! 
When logged in to ParentConnection, look at the upper right side for "Email Notifications." You will get a nightly email with information about your child's day at school!
